I am a hybrid coach and I work with my clients both in-person and online. ​ Interaction extends beyond our time in the gym, as I will personally coach you and be available to you (text me whenever you have burning questions like how much calories in that cute cupcake that you are eyeing!) during your daily life outside the gym where it can make or break your progress (diet, accountability, habit adherence etc.) ​ These services extend way beyond what you will can expect from a regular trainer at the gym, where you will see your trainer for only 1 hour in the gym. The real challenge takes place in the 23 hours outside of the gym where you have to manage your lifestyle, diet and habits in order to see results. That's where my program shines. You have a trainer guiding you 24/7 regardless of your location.

With the so many technological resources and the power of the internet these days, you have the ability for get all the knowledge, motivational benefits, and guidance of a professional personal trainer for a fraction of the cost of 1 on 1 in-person session! Anyone can benefit from having someone to hold them accountable for their workouts and eating better in order to help them reach their fitness/health goals. After signing up you will be sent a questionnaire where you will be asked about your individual lifestyle, workout style & knowledge and past history of injury (if any). You will have a program tailored specifically to help you achieve your goals.

In short yes, if you prefer a more systematic approach to dieting. However, not all people will do well with a rigid eating plan that is strict and difficult to follow; Most people in fact do better with a more flexible approach to dieting based on my experience. After our initial assessment, I will provide you with the necessary resources to optimally support you for your specific nutritional goals.

It all depends on your fitness goals. For general health & fitness, you can workout at home with just a few equipments. For goals that requires more strength progression, having access to a fully equipped gym would be more beneficial. For more individualised advice, feel free to contact me via chat/email. I provide all my clients complimentary access to a fully equipped premium gym in the CBD & Central Singapore(no gym membership required). If you prefer to train at a place of your convenience(etc. condo gyms, common area, parks), I will bring along the necessary equipments so it will be a hassle-free experience for you.
