These services extend way beyond what you will can expect from a regular trainer at the gym, where you will see your trainer for only 1 hour in the gym. However, not all people will do well with a rigid eating plan that is strict and difficult to follow; Most people in fact do better with a more flexible approach to dieting based on my experience.
After our initial assessment, I will provide you with the necessary resources to optimally support you for your specific nutritional goals.
It all depends on your fitness goals. For general health & fitness, you can workout at home with just a few equipments. For goals that requires more strength progression, having access to a fully equipped gym would be more beneficial.

I provide all my clients complimentary access to a fully equipped premium gym in the CBD & Central Singapore(no gym membership required). If you prefer to train at a place of your convenience(etc. condo gyms, common area, parks), I will bring along the necessary equipments so it will be a hassle-free experience for you.
